"I’ve been at Statefarm over 5 years and this year when I needed them the most they came through! They handled a no fault car accident around Christmas & also handled a repetitive process of getting new insurance during the 2 weeks I was shopping around for a new BMW. "BEWARE!!!! VERY POOR customer service!!!!!!! Not sure why you can’t find my policy but I have an active insurance policy. I agree with several people on this forum that at insurance renewal the rates always increases significantly. I mean rates shouldn’t go up so drastically on every renewal. I understand there are increases from time to time, but these are drastic increases on each and every renewal. I feel like this has to be looked into thoroughly."
