"I had called on the 27th of August about having my policy set up as withdrawn from use.I gave Richie my mileage and he said he would get it setup "correctly" and give me a call back (I had already called state farm costumer Not this agency service 2 days prior and they said they set it up for withdrawn from use). I never received a call back and even called them myself. Joe picked up and told me Richie was busy but told me the policy change was setup as withdrawn from use and said my bill will be a quarter of what it usually is. I just called to make a payment and now theyre telling me it was never set up and I need to contact my agency or pay my full ($800 payment which I'm already trapped in this horrendous policy with them). This car is not running and will not even be used this month and I requested this policy change before my billing cycle ended. It was miraculously labor day weekend when I had to get in touch with them so I made the payment in full. After labor day weekend they reached out and told me they would back date the policy change and apologized (that was also after this review) they gave me the choice of receiving a check for the difference that was paid or I could credit it to my account for the next few months. I regrettably chose the credit because I was worried a check could get lost in the mail. I was told all I had to do was change this bad review which I did in hopes they would fulfill their promise. I even have a screenshot of a text/voicemail from Joe calling me back telling me that my account is in good standing and I shouldn't have to make a payment for awhile. I called again and now they want the full quarter payment and are pretty much acting like none of this even happened. I'm very displeased and really feel this is the worst insurance company I've by far ever been with this agency gives state farm a bad name. Stay away at all costs unless you want to play these games. I just had to change this entire review back and will not be changing it again this time due to false promises until after this is actually properly professionally figured out."

"I have been a statefarm customer for over 30 years! Everytime I call my statefarm office - Marcela Ruppets office - the service is more than professional, kind and courteous. Unfortunately the last year I have had to put in a claim and the caring and understanding of my current situation has truly made me feel like they have taken the time to show me that they, too, care from the minute they pick up the phone until our conversation ends. As far as I am concerned, they are a wonderful team and office, although i do have to say one particular employee - Richie - he has been absolutely on his game, he is a huge assest to Marcelas agency as well as Statefarm, i cannot thank him enough!"

"Kirsy was very helpful getting me through the process of getting new home and auto quotes, explaining all the details, offering additional coverage or not and the price differences….Kirsy was very friendly, answered all my questions, was patient when I needed her to be, and very quick to respond also when I needed her to, whether it was a call, a text or an email. She is even handling the cancellations of the existing policies, preparing all the paperwork etc. It was a pleasure working with her on what can be a confusing process, Kirsy made me feel very comfortable that I made the correct decision and I’m sure she will do the same for you."

"I have had multiple experiences with the Marcela Ruppert agency and all of them have been great. I specifically just had an interaction with Joe and he was wonderful, extremely patience (as I had many requests) and took care of everything all while we were on the phone together.
